Our commitment to fair and transparent refund processes for all our paper craft products and services

Refund Policy

  • We offer a 7-day refund policy for all unused workshop registrations and unopened craft kits purchased directly from our website.

  • Custom handcrafted items are non-refundable due to their unique nature, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Digital products such as craft patterns and online tutorials are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Cancellation Policy

  • Workshop registrations may be canceled up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the workshop will receive a 50% refund or the option to reschedule once at no additional cost.

  • No-shows for workshops will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Payment Refunds

  • Refund Processing

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method.

    • Bank transfers may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account.

    • Credit card refunds typically process within 2-3 billing cycles, depending on your card issuer.

  • Gift card purchases will be refunded as store credit to your Paper Bloom Crafts account.

  • International orders may be subject to additional processing time for refunds.

  • Shipping costs are only refundable if the return is due to our error or product defect.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • All returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or product defect.

Refund Timeframes

  • Standard refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • During high-volume periods such as holiday seasons, refund processing may take up to 10 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Special Circumstances

  • If your workshop is canceled by Paper Bloom Crafts, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  • In cases of product defects or shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged items.

  • Special considerations may be made for refunds outside our standard policy on a case-by-case basis.
